im out for the season because of too many bad concussions in a really short period of time ... i finally got cleared to hit the gym and work on my strength
so i was just wondering if anyone had any suggestions on certain exercises that would be helpful to my vaulting when im allowed to go back - the only thing is they can't be too stressful on the back (like no cleans or anything they said) because i also totally unaligned my entire back and neck at the same time that i got the concussions - fun times lol - but any suggestions would be great

- i have to do physical therapy 3 times a week with him until half way through the summer at the very least - so thats kind of a bummer ... but it has helped soooo sooo much!! there's even this really cool thing that they do to me like once a week ... laser acupuncture - it's just like acupunture but it's not invasive - so instead of needles they use like these lasers so it's not scary lol - and there's actually certain sites that help to relieve the symptoms of post concussion syndrome
