anyone know the difference between a chiropractor and a physical therapist? i know my dad was a physical therapist, but i dont know of any chiropractors, except an (unfounded) notion that they would be more painful...in terms of workouts, i dont think you'll be able to do any explosive exercises (i.e. olympic lifting) or hard compound leg exercises (i.e. squats, lunges)....i would focus on isolation excercises, i.e. leg extension for quads, hamstring curls, and calf raises for legs, and for shoulders, iinstead of standing cleans and presses, i'd do seated with a machine or dumbbelss with back support, and probably also wear a belt...hope that might help.
