Ok! so i know i have problums...lots of problums not relating to polevaulting, but some do, anyways lol, this is a vid of me jumping 12'... i think

I know my trail leg needs to be kept strait, and i need to stay on the pole longer, but any other things i could work on? and any ideas to help the trail leg and inverson...

Pole:14' 155lbs
Steps: 7 steps at 84'
my lbs: 124.4
and i am 5'6'' tall...yeah i said tall... not sort!!! :D

at the top keep your legs going vertical, you drop your legs over the bar, while your hips are still riseing.
