People do stuff like that doing bicep curles. They grab too much weight and lean back when they curl it.

hahaha one of the funniest things ive ever seen. his chinups are simply hilarious hah. he barely gets up and he swings his whole body to get to where he is..
i run, therefore im buff.

People trying to be all bad @ss are funny when they lift, because they do some stupid things. I saw watching this guy trying to bench 350, his coach told him not to, but he decided he knew better. He got the bar off the pegs, and then i heard SNAP, and i see the weights fall to the floor. His right pec tore and he just looked at it like "wow...that was stupid."
