Ibuprofen
If you are taking ibuprofen for a long time, for injuries or whatever, you should talk to your doctor about possibly taking something easier on your stomach.
I have been taking ibuprofen off and on for the past couple years. I just went to the doctor today, and I might have an ulcer because of it.
Oh yeah and if your stomach hurts like crazy every time it is empty... that's not normal Yeah it took me awhile to realize something was wrong.

I wouldn't stress about it unless your stomach has been bothering you. You're not really training right now anyway, so see if you can't take a break from it.

Haha well it's not like I was taking it as a recreational drug. I went to the sports med doctor about once a year for various injuries, and 3 out of 4 times he told me to take 3 ibuprofen 3 times a day.
