bottom elbow

so when ever i vault my bottom elbow hurts so bad and it just gives out so i have a hard time keepen myself away from the pole. what should i do to help my arm get better? can i cange something with my vault to make it stop getten worse? thanx guys!
hey what was that!?! well it was suposed to be a 360, but it turned into a 180 and munch! AIMEE*HAFEN

for starters there shouldn't be much pressure on your bottom arm at take off, the goal is to have your weight on your top hand, its a tuff concept to grasp sometimes, I like to think of paddleing a canoe
