ABOUT POLE FLEXING

Unread postby Bruce Caldwell » Fri Jun 29, 2007 12:58 pm

AT ESSX we take a digital PHOTO of every vautling pole we build and record the photo along with its serial number of the pattern used to make the pole in our archives file.
We also print off a picture of your pole and include it with each and every pole.
We are curious as if this is necessary?
We are considering just reducing the paper work and saving a tree or two and providing a service where you can email us your serial number and we can send the photo to you by email to print off yourself. Any one like that Idea?

Comments welcome!

I took my pic and showed it off to everyone I knew. Most could care less, but I still showed them ;)

i really like those pictures that you send with the poles and i appreciate knowing that every pole that i get from you has been tested. to me it is a kind of assurence that the pole was actually tested and to me that is iportant. it may seam insignifigant but i really do appreciate it (i cant spell :P )
If you cant do it right , do if 10000 more times till you can

The money we will save wil be used too...

Unread postby Bruce Caldwell » Sun Jul 01, 2007 10:42 am

Starting in Sept.

The money we save on the paper work reduction we will put back in to the pole to provide a POLE SOCK with every pole shipped.
The ESSX pole sock is very unique and provides you with a protective cover for your pole when sliding it in and out of your pole tube or storage container.
The pole sock will be marked at the butt as to what the pole size is and will be sealed on one end to use over and over again.
ANYONE like this idea???

If it will save you time and money go for it. If a buyer wants one e-mail
is a good idea. I have all mine in a folder and it's gitting quite large. On the computer would be nice.
