You can order them from http://www.pvelite.net/products or if you are near St. Charles Illinois, Michael Fontana of TAES has some, and Bryan Carrel at Gill athletics. People in the Indy area can get them from me (Collin Gayde). PM me if you want to arrange to pick them up at USATF's
