Fix your approach.You are overstriding. Check out dj's Mid Mark Chart and work a step from there. Your center of gravity could have been low due to overstriding and you were a bit flat at takeoff overloading the pole.

Thanks for your advice everyone. I'm not sure there's that much I can do this season as its almost over, but next year in college I can work on the things everyone suggested.

Where are you going to college? Hopefully the college will have a track coach you can work with and sort these things out, or at least contact someone who can.

Im going to Alfred University for football and track. They have a 14-15' vaulter there, so even if the coach isn't that great I will still have some guidance.
