Having trouble getting elbow through and dropping shoulders

I kind of wondered about that, but i was just going to keep my mouth shut :p. I mess with people on here i know as well, you just gotta be careful i guess, because someone else could think you are a jerk, haha. And besides, obviously post number doesnt matter. Take me for example, im on what, almost a thousand and i still dont know a dang thing about pole vaulting!
