what kind of streches could you do at home to better your performance on the runway

Stretch every muscle in your legs, back, and arms ;).

I would say you need good flexibility around your entire body for sure, but for specialized needs, definitely hip flexors for a trail leg and a strong back that can arch pretty far.

Know any good ones for middle calf and upper back? or along the outside of your arm for your tricept?

for the tricep put your arm bent and grab your elbow then put fist behind your neck and pull back on your elbow, hope that made sense.

Stretch your shoulders as well... I have issues with flexibility which causes me to not get all I can out of my takeoff...

But definately work on flexibility!!
