Are there any short elite vaulters?

Are there any short elite vaulters?

I'm just curious if there are any short elite vaulters. All I ever seem to see on websites are guys who are 6'2'' tall at least who can go over 19'. Anyone ever heard of a 5'9'' person jumping 18'6'' or over?
