New Nike Spikes (now available)

Unread postby rainbowgirl28 » Mon Mar 26, 2007 1:34 pm

These are the new PV Lites. They don't come out until 1/1/08! They have a sturdier spike plate. Apparently the original PV Lites were designed to only be worn in competitions, and that is why the they were cracking so easily.

These are the new LJ/TJ spikes. They are supposed to come out 10/1/07.

I love my Reebocks (can't really spell to well) they are the fastest spike I've ever had down the runway.

my PV lites are falling apart after only a year. I have really wide feet for a track athlete (most spikes arn't made that wide) and I've started to blow out the sides.

I can't wait!

im actually surprised you got a whole year out of the lites. I usually go through at least 2 pair per year, between preseason, indoor and outdoor. Can't wait for the new ones though...

I got a pair of the new triple jump spikes to test out.

I have been using a pair of (original style) PV Lites the past few weeks, so it will be interesting to compare the two.
