If all went the same bar?

Unread postby Pvhigh » Thu Mar 01, 2007 8:11 pm

Would it not make sense for everyone trying to qualify this weekend to coordinate going for the same bar? For example, if every woman went for 4.10m, no matter how many cleared that bar, they would go to nationals. If two or more go higher than 4.10m this weekend then less may have a chance to go to nationals. Currently 4.10m occupies the 13th through 16th spots. Remember they are required to take a minimum of 14.

For men, 5.32m is the magic number. If three or more improve on that height then all those at 5.32m could be knocked out of the meet. Currently 5.32m occupies the 12th through 17th spots.
