I found this a very interesting video, and I totally agree with it. I don't do this in competition, but in practice, I admit that I do start talking to my teamates when I am on the runway! I'll definetely work on not doing that now! lol

Great advice..... Really great footage!!! There have been many times in competition I have been totally distracted with other things. This is something that coaches don’t really talk about until competitors are in competitions.
