Bungee + Velcro

Unread postby rainbowgirl28 » Thu Dec 21, 2006 2:13 pm

I want to make one of those bungees that has velcro on the ends so you can wrap it around the standards (so say you had one bungee at 15', you could put this at 6' because you wouldn't need pegs).

I am guessing I can just take a normal bungee and add a decent amount of velcro to each end. Anything else I need to know?

You could get a Boy Scout manual and learn knots . . .

Yes, a standard bungee and velcro wraps would work fine.

http://cableorganizer.com/wire-wrap/ has wraps for pretty cheap. They are 8". If that is not long enough to get around the standard just loop two together.

Knots are hard for me. It took me a long time to learn how to tie my shoes :o
