A LIST OF MASTERS MEETS?

Anyone have a list of masters meets(other than masters track,com) for the michigan ohio indiana area??

Bob, sorry! I should have told you when you e-mailed me earlier. Go to Ohio's (I think that's where you are) USATF site and get their schedule of events. They should have all of your State's Masters meets listed. The big one for the summer is the National's in Charlotte the weekend of August 2nd through 6th. You can just sign up and go to that one. You need to get to a sanctioned meet this summer to make a qualifying height for 2007's National Senior's Games. Check out NSGA on the web, then click on Ohio and they will tell you if there is a state's games this year. Once you've found that out, then contact the Ohio NSGA games for this year (2006) and see if they will be conducting the pole vault for the 60 - 64 age group. If they are then you have to go to that meet to qualify for the 2007 games. If they aren't having pole vault (like here in Minnesota) then a qualifying height at a USATF meet will get you in. I think qualifying for the 2007 NSGA games for your age group is 7'6" and you told me today you've already made that and more. So you've got to get to a meet and get it varified so you can go to the senior games next year. Later.......Mike

Michigan has two USATF meets this summer
The Michigan Masters and Open meet it June 17 at Ferris St U
and the Mid West Regional USATF Masters Meet is on July 23 I think
It will be at Grand Valley State U (near Grand Rapids)

Hayward Masters Classic - June 25
All-comers meets at Hayward field each Thursday - June 29 thru July 27
Bend Open - Aug 12
