ear plugs

I've tried them, they work a little bit. I find actual ear plugs are a bit distracting b/c i can hear my heart beat when I run down the runway. I like a skull cap or ear muff headband better, it actual covers the entire ear opening from the wind yet I can still hear.

haha i think that they are just crazy. i really dont think that earplugs help i just think they make you feel better i have yet to have a problem with a head wind
