Sea Ray Meet

Unread postby drcurran » Tue Apr 04, 2006 11:22 pm

Yes, I'll be there. Some of the best vaulting I have ever seen has been at this meet. It is a pleasure to work at the Sea Ray Meet. I've had the opportunity to work many meets and no place treats their officials better than Sea Ray. "Southern hospitality" at its best.

From the looks of entries should be a great meet. Already multiple 17'-18' ft jumpers on the entry lists. Now all we need is some sunshine and a tail wind and some big things should happen.

I'm curious about the performance lists as well. Am I correct in thinking there are three different Men's PV events? College, Open and Invitational? Or is it just Open and Inv?

there are 2 sections. one open and one invite only. the open section on friday is generally pretty big and run on 2 separate pits. one opening at 14'7, and one at 15'7. The invite is run saturday and opens at 16'5 or so.
