Looking pretty good, but you are still gripping too high.

If you will drop your grip you will increase your pole speed and be able to extend above your top hand much better.

thanks, the tap never really affects me during meets, like he may do it sometimes in practice, but i was on a bigger stick then ever at the meet, i got in fine without the tap, but thanks for commenting.

don't break your pole

get your coach off the pit. I don't see you popping off the top of the pole. when you start your turn start driving hard with your right arm. from the tape you are turning and letting go at the top. but most of all get that coach out of your way. he can't do it in a meet so don't let him do it now. I don't think you have missed the pit in a long time and that is the only reason why he would help you. looked like it was cold that day also. pole was soft. maybe?
