Those are heavy for beginning girls and you can't use them if you are a pole pusher like me.

They're probably good for internediate and advanced boy vaulters since they are practically indestructable and heavy enough to give them some resistance.

I think any coach who is working with beginning girls should have an extra lightweight slide box for when they are starting out.

ok, i checked the link and it looked like great product, but i would still put those funds toward the pole unless money was no object.

speaking of money is no object, this is one of my favorite overpriced items(i should note that ucs spirit makes great products, so i dont mean to pick on them, but come on, it is ribbon attached to a stick for > $400)
