She's pretty impressive.
I think she'll get the AR very soon, her only good attempt at it had the clearance, she just hit it on the way up.

She vaulted for NAIA school Roberts Wesleyan. Do a search for her name on this board and you will find more ;)

She vaults with Rick Suhr out of Rochester, NY [www.suhrsports.com] who was Mary Saxer's coach before she went to Notre Dame

You haven't been sleeping, she JUST started vaulting alittle over a year ago.

She is my hero. I just started vaulting and I want to tackle the vault like she does. I hope to get 9'6 or 10' this year. Can someone give me some tips?

Read the technique forum. There are about 30 threads with tips for beginners.
