Only been set up once, Jan 2005. It is a world class set up that was used at a few indoor meets and bought buy UNM.
There will be 4 indoor meets in ABQ this season including the Mountain West Conference Meet.

That is why a bunch of teams aren't going to Reno.
Lots of schools need the meets to get athletes their qualifying vaults.
