Okay besides the "go see a doctor"
...has anybody here broken or fractured an elbow? whats it look like after about 12hrs or so? how's the range of motion? pain level?
i'm just a walking injury...

I don't think you can really break or fracture an elbow, because the elbow is not a bone. You can break the humerus, radius, or ulna that make up the joing*, or wrench the tendon attachments.
Don't know what it would look like. Swollen probably.

Big Stick is right...the elbow is a joint....so all you can really do is dislocate it....you would know if you did that.....you could have possibly bruised the bone, which would hurt like a b****, and from what you did that sounds like a possibility.....having a small fracture is a possibility too...if the swelling persists, get it looked at, but if it is simply a hairline fracture, there isnt' really much you can do about it....i am not a doctor by any means, but if it was something extreamly serious, i am sure you would have realized it by now.
