I got 7-0 this year yeah! I no, its like nothing compared to all you but its really good 4 me. I love how all of you put down your PR and then add a couple feet as ur goal in a couple weeks. So much determination, always reaching higher, POLE VAULTINGS AWESOME!!!

Thank you, :D I work really hard to achieve what I want, but I wouldn't be able to do any of it without my coach Kris Allison. What do you jump?

I've Vaulted 14'6 at practice with a rubberband not touching it much... only 12'6 in a meet though :(

My PR at the end of last year tho was 9'6... and I still have 1 year left
PR - 14'6 in practice... 12'6 meet

Yea its kinda the same here, last year when i was a sophomore i was getting 15ft in practice and sometimes i was getting over 15ft on a 4 step(i wasn't really like skimming it on a 4 step i was just kinda getting my body over the bungee if u know what i mean) but in meets the best i get is 12-6. so now i'm going into 11th and having a 12-6 PR looks really bad.
