moving up poles

I've a 14' 150 21.1 14' 160 19.2 and a 14'6" 150 22.2
I'm holding on 13'4"-13'6" on the 14' 150. I'm 5'6" 135 lbs and my PR is 14'. Where to next?

The 14' 160 and 14' 6" 150 are pretty much the same pole, so I'd move to the 160 without raising your grip. It all really depends on what's happening in your jump that make you need tomove to the next pole....
