Just watchin Robot Chicken (adult swim) and they have a skit where a pole vaulter gets impaled by his pole :eek:

i remember seeing a commercial for a really cheesey Nick and Jessica Christmas Special...it advertised, see them dance, sing, and pole vault across the stage...or something like that! it even showed someone that looked like jessica pole vaulting, but it was a stunt double, and they were really bad!!

I remember that Nick/Jess special. I think pole vaulting is referenced in the movie 'Bottlerocket'.
