i would like to learn some drills and work-out routines that i could do ........like getting on your back and rocking up........or jumping stairs.....and footballs comming up so i'll be hitting the weight room quite often....thanks

There are a tremendious amount of drills that are on the site. Generally, you can open just about any of the "technique" threads and you will see one or two very good entries about drills. Doug Sparks has a bunch on his website www.bubbapv.com but you'll be able to find probably the best info right here if you're willing to look for it and try it. Good luck and good vaulting.
