OUCH!! that would suck. Ive never been really injured with polevaulting, just the normal bumps and bruises and ya a few rolled ankles but never seroius. ya when i saw that it took 10'3 for qualifying AA...i was like wow that is high. the winner for A won it at 11'2 and thats the A state record and i think last place of the finals got like 9' but it took 9'3 to qualify for the finals.

It just goes to show you that a good program doesn't always precede a good athlete, a sort of chicken and egg theory. She may attract a good vault program to herself, which i'm 200% most certain she will. I like that turnout because you can go to any school you want and still vault well (assuming you have the right necesaties/facilities available and what-nots)

You guys have already started a good program, Zach!! And now a lot of effort is being put into the Marquette vault program because of it, both you and kristen are making great head-way and have a ton more to go!
Do you have any idea of how many vaulters will be on the team next year? I'm just curious, i think at least 8....impressive!
