I've heard people from San Marcos, TX referred to as "San Martians." I'd say that's about right! ;)

Here Here! Cheeseheads rule!!! Cheese head by blood and will, Illini (yes, i believe that term does apply to all of Illinois, as it's named after the Illini indians) by location. I've heard another term for people in Illinois from my cousins in wisconsin, FIB, but that acronym isn't exactly appropriate.

Chhh, i have the best one, im from Baltimore

Baltimore=Baltimorian...which always turns into Baltimorons, which we really are.
But my home town Fresno (Califnornia) is Fresnian...which just sounds weird.

yup yup..im from illinois and i have heard illinoisans..but ppl always pronounce it wrong. of coarse..the all popular s..lol me and my friends always joke around about it cuz we had a foreign exchange student who couldnt understand why u wouldnt pronounce a letter that was cleary written in the word..haha.
