LOL The fighting okra? Are the okra fried, baked, or raw?
I'm sure the opposing teams have alot of fun with spirit banners at football games--fry the okra, eat the okra, etc.

Chhh, my old g/f schools (Bryn Mawr School) has 2 mascots, the mascot for non-sporting event was the...LAMB and the sport mascot was the MAWRtains...hahahaha witty...not really. The used the MAWR with everything like Bryn MAWRket, or Bryn MAWRks for good behavior.
