within the past 4 years I have done everything from the 100 to the 3200 and I have tried the long jump and high jump as well.

Along with polevaulting i long jumped for a bit while a teammate was injured...next year ill be doing it again for the whole season. and i run the 4x100, 4x200, or the 100 or 200 leg in the 800 medley, 4 events...whichever my coach chooses.
