Oh, come on Illinois!! Michigan is beating us and literally copying us!! Lets show some interest!!
I know lets start making bets to whose gonna win this year...(somebody should post the boy outdoor 2005 pole vault too )
Ok here's my bet:
Who i think has the stuff be a contending threat: Diana Noonan, Melissa Girgle, Ashley Korol, Taylor Tremmel, Amy Dahlin, and Mary Pat Choules...i've seen them jump and have competed against them personally very high potential of somebody poppin out a 13 footer soon
Who I think may come out on top: Although she's not doing as high as indoor season, Noonan has the speed and the potential to do better outdoors definately, if she can pull it together by State, she'll take home the cake...if she doesn't get it A. Flint is gonna go in for the kill
Who i want to win: Well me of coarse,

I have vaulted with Diana many times. She is a good vaulter, but ther is a problem, he coaches from the last couple of years were fired and they took alot of pole vault poles with them when they left. I dont' know if they got another coach, but if she is vaulting without a true coach, which i guess she is, I dont' know how much improvement she will be able to make.

Well, i think she does have a coach, somebody was with her at Top Times and she won it with 12'3''! My coach and i watched and of all the girls she had the best speed, and that komikazi-attitude when attacking the box...the rest of the girls had great technique but weren't as fast, i speed is vital and form can always be drilled in with repetition...
