a fast agressive swing will also force you to be on bigger poles, and Adam has a pretty good swing from all the videos I've seen  ...but I don't know how he carries that tree trunk of a pole down the runway :dazed:

I forgot to post the biggest pole i've jumped on

5m 16.5 flex Spirit - NFI what the weight rating was

I've actually taken a jump on a 5m 16.0, but got rejected pretty hard

I jumped my PR on a 16' 190 16.6 spirit

i weighed between 170 and 175 then

do you guys prefer larger or smaller mandrel sizes? for me, i like having a thicker pole, just my preference...just wondering what everyone else is like cause i hear a LOT of people say they think they skinnier the better
Champions aren't made in gyms. Champions are made from something they have deep inside them-a desire, a dream, a vision. They have to have last-minute stamina, they have to be a little faster, they have to have the skill and the will. But the will must be stronger than the skill. - Muhammad Ali

Talent in cheaper than table salt. What separates the talented individual from the successful one is a lot of hard work.

i'm on 5m 15.7-14.2, i have a 16.2 that is a 190, so i'm guessing a 16.5 flex is roughly 190, maybe a stiff 185

the 5m 14.2 is a 205,
