Mike, that's what they make ibuprofen for! By now you know you aren't hurt, just sore.
So taking meds to be more comfortable is OK. :D

I thought the only cure for master vaulter soreness was more beer?!??! If not what do I have to look forward to?!?!?

So Achtungpv, I'm looking at the thread listings and I saw that you entered one for my thread. I said to myself, "Oh geez, Mike, now you're gonna get bar-b-qued". So clicked it on, all ready for the expected abuse and what do I find? Some of THE most intellient advice I've seen in quite sometime. Better words of wisdom I think may have never been spoken (or written for that matter). In fact..........I think I'll go to the refrigerator right now and fill your prescription Dr. Achtungpv.
