I'm fairly new-- returning to polevaulting after a 39 year hiatus
and can't find local meets with a starting hight under 12 or 14 ft.
Anyone have suggestions of key web sites or publications that
would list these?
Thanks, Vaulting prof

Go to this website. I guess they handle all the meets around MN. Don't know if they do your area. http://www.raceberryjam.com/ And by the way, WELCOME BACK! Everything that everybody has been talking about as to coming back slow is absolutely for real. I've got about four months back into this from the first workout and joining of this web site to my first run up and take off today. Read as much as you can about the new stuff in vaulting, (to you and me) that you can in this forum. It's a whole new ball game compared to the one that you and I were a part of. It's a very good start to join this place. VERY GOOD PEOPLE here. Hope to hear all about your progress. Later.....Mike

Here is another http://usatf.org/calendars/search.asp. It is on the USATF site.
If you've been out of vaulting for 39 years, you must be one of us masters! Welcome. I can't think of any Masters meet I have competed in where the M55 age group has started higher than 10' if there was someone there that wanted to start at that height. Now, if you attend an open meet, that is another story. But even there they often ask what height you want to start at, and they try to accommodate.
