Best things to work on at home
Any advice for how you can work on pole vaulting at home without really any equipment?
Like what kind of things will help the most?
Thanks

ab work out...sit-ups, push ups, L-overs, L-ups, stuff like that.
If it's weekend that your talking about, it never hurts to run
Unless of course you have a broken leg or something like that

You swing up to inverted position on a highbar. Then you extend your hips and arch your back kind of like you are doing a kip. Then relax back so your butt comes out more. And repeat. Dont know if that made sense

I have a complete stomach workout that I do each night that consist of 3 exercisees with a medicine ball that I do 3 rounds of. I also do walk plants as much as possible in my yard. Oh and run if you don't do that at practice.

you can run.
do sprint drills.
i do under body weight training everyother day, and sometimes situp and pushups some days
find a Cut 3 foot section of pole, lay it at ur side, and go through your rowing motion, turnover, and such
do those Bubka things or simple pull ups...
theres alot that i do when im bored and wanting to vault sooooo bad
