bar in warmups

first of all, wish i had that problem lol...but it might help you to hollow out over the bar...that gives you like 4 extra inches of space if you werent already doing that (and it keeps your chest away from the bar) :)

yep, always have hollowed out over the bar...
and master? yeah, i always practice with them farther back, because i know i really should have them back...21 is just where they happen to be stuck lol

I like having a few bars in warm ups for my kids. It is not any slower than not having one if you can actually put up a bar quickly. I have the bar up before the previous kid jumping is off the pit and it comes down right after my kid lands.

And aroudn here in michigan in 3 years of high school track so far I have yet to be at a meet where a cross bar or bungee was put up in warm ups. And if that did happen id probably get annoyed (i dont swing up vaults in warm up) and 'accidently' knock it down
