There is a new book " Beginner to Bubka " written by Alan Launder and John Gormley. Alan ia a world renowned vault coach from Australia... He is always at the summit and had this book there and it sold out... John is also from Australia. They both live in Adelaide. John is a genius at bio mechanics and training. My vaulter has spent time in Australia training with both and we are huge fans. The book is an excellent resource for beginning vaulters and coaches who want to teach the Russian techniques. It is very technique specific. If you are a beginning coach this would be anexcellent reference book. Great old photos of vaulters. I have a box of them if anyone is interested .
