Thats a REALLY good idea, although I am like the only vaulter for my school so doing it by myself would be horrible....you know?

I always do that too. I mostly see 14 to 15 foot signs, but when I was in Houston recently, I saw some 17 to 18 foot signs. Not too many of those signs around.

Has anyone ever tried to jump ONTO something, my one friend was dug a box next to his garage and put wood in it so it would be a "real" box. Right when he was about to jump, his mom came back from the store and stoped him...any1 ever think about that???

I've jumped OVER things before - fences/walls and such. But never onto anything..... I'll have to attempt it when I get back (dont worry, we videotape everything stupid I do - so I'd be able to show everone if it works or not :P )

We should get a collection of all the stupid things us vaulters do and make a Jackass Sorta video...i.e. jumping off a balcony into a pool (wasn't my brightest idea my back was super red after that or jumping into a huge snowbank (its not so cushy up there)
