Yeah my freind from Holland trained in South Africa in the Winters, he told me that Okert took jumps at the World Record on a 9.6 flex 5.20m pole and about killed himself. But he planted it, crazy S.O.B

Brits got on the biggest pole of the 6m club, a 10.4. Bubka got on a 10.6, and Hartwig 10.8. Brits and Hartwig are both considerably bigger than Bubka.

I was gonna say 'thats just nuts' - but then again, they are the best of the best (as in - record holders/members of the 6m club).
