i thought that when u apply like the downward force, you keep ur head up and kind of like are just pushing urself up??. i think i read this somewhere and i thought it to be true? am i doing something wrong then the way i row?
i run, therefore im buff.

thanks for explainign that Tim!!!!, that sounds like a very important part of the vault, and exactly what my vault is missing right now :deadrose: cant wait to work on that in practice!

Well...the proof is in the context of what he is saying. Even if it wasn't, he has been giving great advice and insight about technique.

yes it is him, he has posted on other threads as well...he has offered some great advice, so take it all in the best you can. Hopefully he will continue posting and sharing his knowledge about our event. Thanks Tim.
