anemic?
Alright, so I've come to the thought that i might be anemic... i seem to be tired all the time, no matter how much sleep i do or do not get, I get winded from walking up this walking bridge, that goes over a 4 lane street here at ASU, and it's not like i don't work out, i'm working out during the day, a normal routine schedule, nothing new.....and my thoart is sore to where sneezing is painful, i drink plenty of water and it's not like i have a fever or anything....just always tired....any one else out there run into this and what'd you do, i'm going to go to the dr. on monday i think if it keeps up through then, but it's been for like the past two weeks, i've just kinda ignored it til now....

u could also have chronic fatigue sydrome or even mono. A simple blood test (unless u hate needled) will tell u if ur enimic or have another problem. Some quick fixes if you can't get a test right away is protein shake and read meet like becca said on a regular bases.
