Derek, Toby, Jeff are staying in Europe because there are no worlds indoors and they can make serious money over there. The prize money at USA's is only $1,500.
Stacy is not doing the meet for pretty much the same reasons. But she also said that she is not having an official indoor season this year because she is not feeling ready. She only did a few select meets that she just couldn't turn down.....Reno, Bubkas Vault Stars, ect....

Brad and Tommy are looking good though. Even if those three guys were here, they would have there work cut out for them. Derek is obviously on fire, but Brad is also consistently over 5.70+. And Tommy, well he is on the verge of a serious breakout. USA's would be a good time to make it happen. Should be a fun meet to watch. Can't make any predictions though cause I'm kinda biased ;)

Good luck Paul...and Vaultin' Chris. For those of us who won't be going to Boston, the USATF Indoor Championships will be televised on Sunday, February 27, from 3-5 pm ET on ESPN.

Chris and Paul - vault high enough so that we can see you on TV!!

Here's what Grande says about the meet

http://www.jscott615.com/news.php?article=26

This week is going to be a big week. Over this coming weekend are the U.S. Indoor Championships, and on Sunday, the men pole vault. We are really gearing up for this one. It’s not a normal year, there are no teams to make, and it’s a year after an Olympic year, so there is going to be a reduced field. But as far as I see it, this is a great opportunity to go and show what we can do and a National Title is a National Title. I am excited to go out to Boston, where we have had success before, and give it my best shot. To prepare for the meet, we did a good workout yesterday and then will vault on Wednesday. On Friday, then, we will fly out to Boston. I am also going to have another added responsibility of coaching this weekend. Kellie Suttle and I have an agreement on coaching each other since we are both training partners from Bell Athletics and we are the only ones from Jonesboro going to the meet. I am just really hoping that I don’t screw her up, because she is vaulting pretty well right now. I am also pretty excited for this trip because it looks like I am going to get to see my coach from college. We had a ton of fun going places together at Allegheny so I am excited for the chance to get to see him again in Boston.

First off I have a non PV post to put up, I just wanted to let you all know that the throws coach at my college Jesse Doty took 4th at nationals in the weight throw with a toss of over 68ft. I am pretty sure it was a PR for him and the team is pretty excited for him. Also, to get back to vault, I think Jennifer Stuczynski is someone to watch out for. I saw her get some good height over a 14ft bar at a meet.
