I won every duel meet accept one and placed 3 rd in indoor conferance and 4t in the outdoor

damn it i did that today for the first time and i hurt like a b*#&$ i hit my knee on the pole and i can barley walk right now tomorrow is gunna be hell but all in all it was a very crazy experience. now i know that i need to make sure i am grabbin the pole with BOTH hands at the plant!!!
If you cant do it right , do if 10000 more times till you can

I ve never done anything like that but some time when i am in the I poistion and about to start the push i'll accidently drop my bottom hand and thats hurts bad caused then i falll down face first and sometime scrap the side of my faces or soemthing
