OMG there are two ways and it is so weired. guys that can jump high are y like Jake and Adam ;) . but guys like sean that can only jump like 9 feet ( which is better than me) arnt that appealing :confused: .

but me ithink im okay y, im still kinda new at the sport... my PR is 6'6 but ill get there once i can get my turn down better.
My PR is no limit! i just try as hard every time and if i get a new one.. good for me. but i still need to try just as hard! am i right?!

You can easily tell a male polevaulter at school....The one that is contemplating see if they can do something extremely phsyically and mentally demanding, oh yeah also total stupid.

That is just any jock at school, but pole vaulters are the ones that can actually pull it off.

I had PoleVaulting Practice today... and it wa sso much fun ( like every practice) but today the coach had to leave early :D so we didnt have supervision... since the other sports people were having their pictureday we decided to show off and Jake Winder (Best pole vaulter in state for highschool (15 feet 6 inches) Is his PR) is really good at showing off... so he was like vaulting and doing flips while he was mid air! it was so fun b/c everyone would just look in Awe :P [/quote]

flips off the pole are fun. another fun one is start like you are going to do a front flip of the pole but dont go all the way over and stay in the handstand on the pole when it gets to vertical and ride it the rest of the way over like that

If tim Winder is a good pole Vaulter and taought coach huston how to PV than thats the Jake Winder in talking about! How do you know him? Wow Jake is so good! :)

tim winder runs a pacer camp over the summer at north central college in naperville, IL. i went to the camp last summer, we saw jake vault....he is pretty amazing!!!

yeah your tellin me! i love going to the guy meets and watching b/c the crowed gets so into it! what school do you go to?
