I'm in college now and I have access to a gym for free. I have never really lifted and I'm looking for a workout program. I wanna try to gain some weight and muscle to. Right now I weigh about 135 and I am 6 ft.

you're 6 feet tall and only weigh 135?? holy crap you need to gain weight.

I weigh 150, and I'm only 5'7"

yeah. food. I just got to school and already gained 15 pounds..
i think before my days are done.

Trust me I eat. I just don't gain weight. I eat healthy foods but I also eat junk food.

just continue to eat healthy food. i mean, if u can not gain weight and ur trying so hard, theres no point cause prolly ur metabolism is so, so high. eventually, it'll slow a bit and u will gain some weight.

keep eating like a horse and pound iron hard. You'll gain weight just by gaining muscle mass...

You need to eat!! Your gonna have to go to that gym every day to get some muscle thats gonna make you weigh more

well i know some people that cant gain weight no matter what and what i have sen people do is just to eat normally and take protien shakes not vreatine but like the whey protien
If you cant do it right , do if 10000 more times till you can

Best way to start would be by talking to a fitness or weight trainer at the gym (make sure you tell him what your training for and what you want to do). They can set you on the right track alot better than we could
