Ok, so I am planning on starting to train my a** off and was wondering if i am going to do speed, core, upper body, conditioning etc. is it better to do it all in one shot or is it ok to spread it out and work different areas at different parts of the day.

well you certainly need to give your body rest.
Try doing sprints and speed work out's in the morning and lift in the afternoon.
Get plenty of rest tho, if you plan to do two workouts a day.

And everyone is different. You have to listen to your body to prevent injury. It is better to rest a day or two, to prevent major injury then to push to hard and then have to sit out six weeks. Pushing yourself and having guts is very important, but it can also get you in trouble real fast if you are not smart about it.
If someone tries to step on your dreams.... Step on their face.
