what do u have to do to be able to hold the pole higher? im stuck on a 14 do i need to run faster jump higher or what!?

a lot of the time it has more to do with your mental ability than your physical ability (coming from a true headcase)...

Its about seed, but like nova sad, its also alot about being confident.
