Consistency

Unread postby gymkittykat » Tue May 18, 2004 9:04 pm

i hav been jumping since the end of october of 2003. i am a freshman in illinois in the classA division. our state is this friday and saturday. i hav a pretty good chance at being in the top 3 or even winning! but that is if i can clear 10'6"(my pr) so here is my problem i hav cleared 10'6" one time and 10' like 3 times. but mostly everytime i clear 9'6" since i made 10'. but since ive made 10'6" i havnt been able to make 10' consistent. how can i start making my jumps more consistent at higher heights?
